“Any questions?” 
面試官這句話不是隨便問問，他想知道你對這份工作感興趣的程度、是不是最佳人選。回答「沒有問題」，只會顯得不夠在乎、或是沒下功夫研究。好問題讓你有機會強調自己的優勢，也幫助自己決定這份工作是否適合的關鍵，面試中怎麼問？依照這六個步驟：

 

 1. 想知道、還沒談到的問題

• What is the single largest problem facing your staff?
  面對員工，最大的問題是什麼？

• Do you offer continuing education and professional training?
  公司提供進一步的教育或專業訓練嗎？

• What are the performance expectations of this position over the first 12 months?
  你們期望這個職位第一年達成什麼樣的成績？

• What are the most immediate projects that need to be addressed?
  那些計畫需要立即處理？

2. 消除疑慮 
找出對方期待的人才特質、經歷，強調你是理想人選。

• What types of skills is the team missing that you're looking to fill with a new hire? 
  你希望找到哪種專業的人才，可以補團隊目前的不足？

• Do you have any hesitation about my qualification? 
  你對我的資歷有沒有疑慮？

 3. 找出地雷
先弄清楚公司文化、成長機會，可以避免不必要的驚喜。

• Can you talk about the team I'll be working with? 
  可以談談會一起合作的團隊嗎？

• Where is the last person who held this job moving on to?
  前任負責人到哪兒了呢？

• What are the career paths in this department/company?
  在部門／公司的職業生涯規畫會是什麼樣子？

4. 長期計畫
這是為了瞭解公司和你的價值觀是否一致，同時，也展現你希望長期努力的決心。

• What can you tell me about your new products or plans for growth?
  可以談談你們的新產品或成長計劃嗎？

• What are the company's goals for the next five to ten years?
  公司未來五到十年的目標是什麼？

• Can you talk about the opportunities for advancement?
  可否談談晉升的機會？

5. 建立關係 
試著問與面試官個人職涯相關的問題，拉近關係，但是請注意他的反應，問題也不要太過私人。合適的問題像：

• How long have you been with the company? 
  你在這間公司多久了呢？

• What's your favorite part about working here?
  在這兒工作你最喜歡的一點是？

• What did you do before this job?
  在此之前你從事什麼工作？

6. 詢問「下一步」收尾
收尾記得重申你對這個職位的熱誠，然後確認下一步：

• What is the next step in the process?　
  下一步會是什麼呢？

• Is there anything else I can provide that would be helpful?
  我還可以提供什麼嗎？
