A Letter from the General Manager 總經理來函 Dear all, 各位同仁： Many thanks to all of you for your hard work during the past six months. According to a Storage Logistics Survey by Global Views magazine, our company is ranked number three in the industry in Taiwan. This demonstrates that our long-term policy for implementing outstanding management has come to fruition and that everyone’s hard work has yielded good results. 很感謝各位這半年來的辛勞 。根據全球遠見雜誌對倉儲物流業的調查，本公司榮獲全台倉儲業排名第三。顯示本公司實行一流管理的長期政策已見到成效，且每位員工的努力都有好的成果。 Trying to attain higher service quality has been a goal that our company has persistently pursued. The management focus of our company at this stage is to collect feedback from the service center, the car maintenance department and the low-temperature storage department. This will be our priority for the next six months. 追求更高的服務品質一直是公司持續不斷努力的目標。本公司現階段管理的重點是蒐集客服中心、車輛管理部及冷凍倉儲部的意見回饋，這將會是下半年度的優先目標。 As ratified by the General Manager, the management focus for the next six months is as follows: 依總經理裁示，下半年的管理重點如下： (1) truck maintenance and sampling inspection (1)落實車輛保養與抽檢 (2) periodical cleaning and upkeep for the low temperature storage space (2)冷凍倉儲定時清潔與維護 (3) digitalization of the recipient’s signature (3)客戶簽收電子化作業 Please find attached the procedures for the above-mentioned objectives. All departments, please confirm the content of the procedures and submit the procedure confirmation slip to the General Manager’s office.
