報名資格：
任何人皆可報名此考試。申請此證照時須符合下列條件：1. 三年以上全職管理工作經驗 2.大學學歷以上 3.取得CPSM三個模組考試測驗通過

CPSM考試的規範敘述於下：
1.共分為三個測驗（Three Exams）
－ Exam1 - Foundation of Supply Management供應管理的基礎

3.每個測驗的考試與計分的題目數及時間如下:
－ Exam1 (測驗1) - 150題記分 + 15題不計分 ＝ 165題 2小時45分之內完成
－ Exam2 (測驗2) - 150題計分 + 15題不計分 ＝ 165題 2小時45分之內完成
－ Exam3 (測驗3) - 165題計分 + 15題不計分 ＝ 180題 3小時之內完成 (每題答題時間為一分鐘以內)
