運動後吃什麼好?

Jim and Fiona are friends. Fiona just started to exercise a few days ago. They are about to finish working out at the gym.
吉姆跟費歐娜是朋友。費歐娜幾天前才剛開始運動,他們在健身房正要結束健身。

Fiona: Oh man, I can’t do it anymore. I need to call it a day.
費歐娜:哦天哪,我跑不動了,今天到此為止。

Jim: What? You were on the treadmill for just 30 minutes.
吉姆:什麼?妳在跑步機上才待半小時耶。

Fiona: Yeah. I’ve already been on that running machine for 30 minutes!
費歐娜:是的,我已經在跑步機上跑了半個小時了!

Jim: Okay, okay. Take a rest. Did you bring anything to eat?
吉姆:好,好,妳休息一下。妳有帶什麼東西來吃嗎?

Fiona: Of course not. Don’t you remember that I want to lose weight and increase muscle? How can I eat? Especially after exercising.
費歐娜:當然沒啊。你不記得我想要減重增肌嗎?我怎麼能吃呢?特別是運動完。

Jim: Well, it’s actually very important to eat the right food within 30 minutes after exercising.
吉姆:嗯,其實運動後半小時內吃對食物很重要呢。

Fiona: Really? What kind of food should I eat after exercising?
費歐娜:真的?運動後該吃哪種食物?

Jim: Soy milk, eggs, bananas, potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc.
吉姆:豆漿、蛋類、香蕉、馬鈴薯、地瓜等。

Fiona: I see.
費歐娜:了解。

Jim: Most specifically, runners should have more soy milk and bananas, and body builders should have more protein.
吉姆:最精確來說,跑步的人應該多食用豆漿及香蕉,而練肌肉、雕塑體態的人則應多補充蛋白質。

Fiona: Wow, you’re so professional, just like a fitness instructor.
費歐娜:哇,你好專業啊,就像個健身教練。

Jim: Thanks for saying that. By the way, I brought you some soy milk and bananas.
吉姆:謝謝妳這麼說。對了,我帶了些豆漿跟香蕉給妳。

Fiona: Thank you Jim. You’re so nice.
費歐娜:吉姆謝謝你,你人真好。
