Get Used to Bringing Your Own Shopping Bag 開始養成自備購物袋的習慣吧！ Brian and Pamela are friends. They are at a bookstore. 布萊恩跟潘蜜拉是朋友，他們正在書店。 Brian: You only bought a couple of Christmas cards, why did you ask for a plastic bag? 布萊恩：妳只買了幾張耶誕卡，為什麼要跟店員要塑膠袋啊？ Pamela: Why not? It’s free. 潘蜜拉：為什麼不行？又不用錢。 Brian: You know what? Consumers will need to pay for plastic bags if they need one starting from 2017. 布萊恩：妳知道嗎？從民國106年起，消費者若需要塑膠袋就得花錢買。 Pamela: What? Why? 潘蜜拉：什麼？為什麼？ Brian: It’s good for the environment and for our next generations. 布萊恩：這樣對環境及對我們的後代比較好。 Pamela: Yeah. It is human nature that we ask for a plastic bag if it’s free. I guess it’s good to charge for the bags. 潘蜜拉：也是。如果塑膠袋不用錢，我們就會拿，這是人性。我想，拿塑膠袋要付費是好的。 Brian: Yup. We’ll just need to bring our own bags when we go shopping. It’s not that of a big deal. 布萊恩：是啊，我們只需要在買東西時攜帶自己的購物袋就好了，那不是件很困難的事啊。 Pamela: True. By the way, what kind of shops will not provide free plastic bags? 潘蜜拉：沒錯。對了，哪些商店不會再提供免費塑膠袋啊？ Brian: Currently, only shops in governmental buildings, department stores, shopping malls and supermarkets etc. don’t provide free plastic bags. Starting from 2017, if you need a plastic bag in cellphone shops, bookstores, tea shops, bakery shops and laundry shops etc., you need to pay for it. 布萊恩：目前只有公部門內商店、百貨公司、購物中心及超市等不提供免費塑膠袋；從明年起，若在手機店、書店、茶飲店、麵包店及洗衣店等要塑膠袋的話，就得付費。 Pamela: How much will one plastic bag cost? 潘蜜拉：一個塑膠袋會是多少錢呢？ Brian: It depends on the shop. 布萊恩：由業者自訂。 Pamela: I see. Well, I’ll just have to get used to bringing my own shopping bag then. 潘蜜拉：了解。好吧，我就是養成攜帶自己的購物袋的習慣吧。 |
