Formal Business Meeting Invitation Letter 商務會議邀請函範本 Dear Colleagues, 親愛的同事： On behalf of the Production Department, I am pleased to invite you to participate in a one-day meeting for annual safety inspections. The meeting will be held at our company’s Chinchu factory on Nov.23, from 2p.m. to 5p.m. The Factory Safety and Health Personnel is leading and staffing the inspection procedure. Even though the production department is a central figure in this assessment, we want to include experts in food safety and representatives from Food and Drug Administration. We would like to complete this assessment with all of our partners who play important roles in promoting and preserving the health and safety of our customers. 謹代表製造部門，很高興能夠邀請您參加為期一天的年度安全檢查會議。會議將於11月23日，下午2點到5點於本公司新竹分廠舉行。工廠安全人員將主持並派員參加安全檢查流程。雖然製造部門在這次評鑑中扮演核心的角色，我們希望能夠邀請食品安全的專家，還有食品藥物管理署的代表，一起來參與這次安全檢查。我們想要和所有在促進與維護消費者健康方面扮演重要角色的夥伴，一起完成這次評鑑。 The assessment will use the ISO 22000 Standards, which describe the level of performance and capacity to which all food manufacturers should aspire. Your involvement in this process provides an opportunity to discuss and respond to a series of questions about food safety management.
